Update on the Prayer Request for Kayla
I'm in DC for V's cousin's wedding and I made myself not look for the news about Kayla until now so that I wouldn't be visibly upset all night.
The oncologist informed them that Kayla has a very rare cancer in her ovary, where the tumor is. They will have to remove one of her ovaries and continue treatment from there. They have asked for continued prayers on her behalf. They will receive more information when the full pathology results are in. :(
She just turned three years old earlier this month. Seriously. I can't believe this happens.
