Question... should i or shouldn't i????

i have a question for you. i proposed a deal with gummersfan, saying i wouldnt update this story until we got a new chapter from her.
however i have the next chapter ready and i want to know what you guys think.
wait for the next chapter from gummersfan or go ahead and update my story with the new chapter i have ready?
i dont know about you guys but i am obsessed with gummersfans story and am hoping this will apply a little heat and hopefully encourage her to update sooner, i am seriously leaning toward waiting. yet i made you guys wait some time before i updated the last chapter and really want to know what you guys think.
mob rules, whoever is in the majority will get what they want so please, please let me know what you guys want me to do.
