weekend update
i made it through preseason!!! for the first time since i have been at this school. i feel so exhausted tho and fatigued that i dunno if i'm going to be able to make it the next week! and i think i'm going to be starting! its looking like it anyways. i don't feel like i am ready but i want to play at the same time. its so much pressure cuz one mistake and ur done and u let the team down and i am still struggling with my speed and other set backs from my injury.
saturday we had our black and white final scrimmage and then we got sunday off. so i met up with the girls and we went to goad's house for a little. of course i still couldn't drink becuz we have a preseason drinking rule and thats not officially over until our first game. so goad's was pretty lame but i got to see some people like....greg....and the recruit JD who was at spring fling lol i can't believe he came! everyone was saying how skinny i got and i was like wow so ur saying i was fat before? i only lost 10-15 lbs! thats not that much! but i am feeling pretty good about myself at this point even tho i am getting really bad tan lines from soccer and my lips are sooo burnt!
after goad's we drove back to the apartments and i ran into michael (tennis) and chris wynn (golfer) who i had a crush on the last week of school last year. they both looked really surprised by my looks which of course made me happy. gareth made a nice comment about my new weight as well :) ne ways so they were both overly flirting with me and they invited me over to their place so me and kendall went to check it out. we thought it would be really boring becuz they were drinking and we weren't but we actually sat around and talked for about 3 hours. michael had given up smoking but not so much chris wynn. chris and kendall had talked a little last year too so he was flirting with her also...but kendall doesn't know that so did chris and i. it was funny to see what he did about it. ne ways michael got really cute too and he was flirting a lot but i dunno about him. he isn't really my type. we got in the car and kendall was like u should date michael and i said u should date chris....we just laughed. they offered to make us dinner so hopefully we are going to do that sometime this week. and michael definitely texted me first thing the next day to see what was up to.....i dunno....
i'm being pretty chill for now. there is a guy on the soccer team that seems pretty cool and there are some cute new baseball players. i am not very interested and i like to just chill in my room. we will see as the year goes on tho. i can't wait until this weekend cuz i think we will be able to go out for real.
me and danielle have been on pretty good terms and we even had a talk. i'm pretty cool with that right now and we have been getting along. i'm really excited about the team this year because i like almost everyone. i can't wait until season starts and i get to play! yay!
dan called like 2 days in a row and that made me very happy. he is planning to come up here but not until it gets cold! i'm like come now!!! he bought a new car and seems very happy right now and that makes me happy becuz he was saying he was getting kind of depressed lately. well this is a really long entry and i dind't think i had anything to write about so i'm gonna go watch my show and maybe hang out with matthew!
