I found this entry in the 2004 edition of the Canadian Oxford Dictionary:
compassion club - a non-profit organization which sells marijuana for medical use.

Surely the dictionary cannot be wrong. I need to find some source to tell me if this grammatical rule has changed in the last few years. I keep hearing which misused on CBC radio, see it printed here and there, and now I run across it in the dictionary. I also keep seeing published sentences beginning with however as a conjunction. There needs to be some kind of periodical for writers and editors that analyzes developments in usage.
