i just got my first paycheck!!! Oh it was such a glorious moment. Since I am on year salary I wasn't sure how much I was going to get for the month. So much more than i expected. Waaaay excited. this makes teaching so much better. i mean i love teaching and whatnot but of course its hard. Just having this type of 'reward' makes it all good.
Because i am a grad student and still don't know a lot of people I have decided that i will just be crazy productive during my days off.
Working out, constantly reading plays, staying on top of my lesson plans, cleaning the apartment, laundry once a week, cooking real food.
Life is good- it could be better- but I am making the most out of the situation.
10 weeks until I see Robbi!!!! :)
