Scottish mock up complete!

Okay, so my sewing buddy came over this afternoon, just as I was finishing the bodice mock up. I basted the shoulder straps and tried it on. I had trimmed the sides after sewing all the pieces together to make the straight line running around the back. And the verdict is in! I did it right! The two inches were exactly what it needed and the back and sides are a straight line when it's on! I'm so happy!

I still haven't touched the cloak. Oh well.
