Dr. Octavcius, recently there has been a hit list put out. I have already selected a target, Ashe, the girlfriend of DATS Neon's vice commander. The only limit the person who put out the hit list left me is to not kill the target, beyond that I am free to do as I will with the target.
So my only question is, would it benefit us if I attempted to captured her? It should not be necessary for me to mention that we can use her to manipulate Vent, and If we can gain control of Vent, we gain control of DATS Neon.
