I've decided to finally do this so that the people that I don't get to talk to as much can still have an idea, to a certain extent, of what's going on in my life, the details won't be there but you'll get the drift. I'm not completely sure what all I'll write in this, but keep checking it, something exciting is bound to happen.
Currently things are going better at school after a rough beginning to the semester. I think it just took some time for me to adjust to everything with a new RA staff, new Assistant Director, new students, new classes, more clubs and responsibilities and also being away from people from home that have been a huge part of my life. Being an RA and not having the complete freedom to do a lot of things that college students participate in along with your friends doesn't necessarily cause you to not have friends, but restricts you from becoming close with a lot of them. I sometimes wonder what it would be like not being an RA, then realize that I wouldn't have gotten to enjoy a lot of the things I have enjoyed by being one... plus I save over $6400 a year on tuition. The excitement of going out on a friday night is limited to the RA staff, which actually isn't bad because I trust them. This will be continued later...
