(no subject)
We are well into summer break and I can't say much has gone on. The pool hasn't opened yet so I haven't really been working much. Although the other day while installing the tampons waste baskets in the ladies bathroom the other day I came to a stunning realization that I don't get paid enough to do what I do.
My class hasn't started yet either. It starts on Wednesday. Yesterday I went to a few graduation parties. It was fun to see all their pictures and awards. My parents are having a garage sale next weekend so our house has piles of old clothing, cds, videos and whatever. I have a little more room in my drawers and closets now.
Two of my guy friends got an apartment in Storm Lake so usually we all hang out over there. Weird to get an apartment in Storm Lake even though their parents live here...yes. I'm not complaining tho, its nice to have a place to hangout at 11 pm without having to worry too much about being quiet.
Last Thursday my little brother had 8th grade graduation. That was exciting. Now he is a high schooler...weird...
