He he ... i've just made my very first quiche - and it worked!!!  Fresh spinach from the farmers market, free range eggs and yummy bacon and cream.  I never realised that such a filling dish could be so easy.  I can now add quiche to my list of things i can cook.  (Okay so the list is still in single digits but one new egg or cream dish per year isnt too bad when you live with a roooly good cook already.)

Back to the pinot which we had to open for the roast lamb my lovely man is cooking for dinner.  (See what i mean)
