finished!
so this term i had my big paper due. between 20 and 25 pages, double-spaced, on some topic of world war one.
my topic: radio
It was a beast. it took most of the term just to find information on the topic, because our library search engine is crap. super crap. but it finally spit out books and magazine articles that i could use. yay!
when i finished my rough draft, i thought i'd be talking about how radio developed because of the war. between turning in my rough and starting my final draft, i found some additional sources. this was a set of primary sources on radio! they really helped. but they also prompted me to do a one-eighty on my paper.
final topic: radio didn't change because of the war. rather, the war was merely coincidental with development already going on.
