well, there was that *one* bright spot...

... Yep, Heroes is rapidly losing me.

WTF?! I can't believe they killed off Ando! As to whether or not it's permanent... Well, if it isn't permanent, it's yet another cop-out that's going to give you plenty of jaded fans. If it is permanent, they killed off one of the characters who was still remotely appealing. And now virtually every remaining character is either powered, or deeply stupid. (Or in cases like Mohinder/Peter/Hiro etc, both!) (Okay, the exceptions would be the trio of HRG, Sandra Bennet, and Mr. Muggles, I guess.)

DA was hilarious in this ep, though! Good chemistry, nice comic timing, and the accent was in pretty good shape as well... And he looked fiiine too, of course. Too bad he's not signed on as a regular this season again, though, because the show sure could use him.

As for the rest... Well, about the only remaining halfway decent characters are HRG, Sylar (mainly only because the HRG-Sylar combo makes me laugh, though), and Nathan. And even for Nathan, that's mainly due to the Pasdar, rather than the character himself. I dunno. As it is, all these characters added up aren't going to be enough to keep me watching the show. Plus, with some new (fairly major, I guess) spoilers that just came out, [highlight to read]I'm REALLY not bloody likely to stick around. The spoilers? Two deaths: One, likely to be Maya, which I'd be delighted about if I still cared about the show, and if this were coming sometime LAST SEASON INSTEAD. The other? Sark Adam Monroe, in all likelihood. Like I said, the show really could use him, yet they're gonna kill off the character. Like, WTF?! Ugh. Well, I really doubt I'll be sticking around now... [/end spoiler] Eh, guess I'll still have to wait and see.

In other news, how AWESOME was that choice of music in the latest Gossip Girl??!

A string quartet arrangement of Muse's "Time is Running Out"??! *screeches* ARE YOU KIDDING ME??!?!?! *GLOMPS SHOW* OMG, MOST AWESOME MUSIC ARRANGEMENT EVER!!! That is how brilliantly crackified this show is! Haha, fantastic!

Plus, How I Met Your Mother was awesome this week. As to the question of who the mother is, I think we may have received an answer during the ep, though...

That flashforward scene at the end? Yeah, whilst they still try to cover up Ted's left hand most of the time with that little placard/menu on the table, there was one shot where his left hand was very clearly visible. I find it hard to believe that they may have actually missed that shot, so I doubt it's a potential continuity goof. That shot?

Yeah. I think we have our answer right there. On the other hand, though, how 'shippy were Barney and Robin in that same flashforward scene?! To wit:

*flail* There had better be some payoff for the BroTP, dude!
