RE: Security for the royal family
In order to provide the most effective and least restrictive security for the Princesses Azkadellia and DG, the following recommendations are made:
Each princess will be assigned three female bodyguards on rotating shifts each. These women will be trained combat specialists with additional training by myself in guard and security detail. These women will also be trained as Ladies' Maids. (Please note the double duty should include additional compensation) These ‘Ladies in Waiting’ will be perceived as just that outside of the royal family and certain security personnel. They will be a hidden line of defense. They are not to leave the Princesses presence outside of the private, family wing of the palace. As that wing will be doubly secure these guards may wait outside of room, but within shouting distance.
In addition each Princess will be assigned four more visible bodyguards on rotating shifts. Within the palace this will mean each Princess will have two guards at all times. One being a ‘Lady in Waiting’.
On the palace grounds, outside the palace proper, Princess DG will have one additional guard. These guards may stay back to afford privacy, but must maintain visual range at all times. For Princess Azkadellia, four additional guards are recommended on the palace grounds. Once more, within visual range, but affording as much privacy as possible. They will be taught the art of fading into the background.
For any and all public appearances both in and off palace grounds, Princess DG will have a dozen trained guards, some visable, others mixed with the crowd, focusing solely on Her Highness' safety. Princess Azkadellia will have twenty such guards.
Unfortunately, circumstances require these extra security measures for Princess Azkadellia. And for yourself, Your Majesty. The same security measures used with the Princess Azkadellia will be assigned to you, Including ‘Ladies in Waiting’. Prince Consort Ahamo will receive the same security measures as Princess DG. In his case three male ‘secretaries’ bookish in appearance, will replace ‘Ladies in Waiting’.
When the Princesses' dogs are of sufficient age they should be taught to recognize their owner’s guards and any regular household staff. Any persons not authorized should be scented out and a warning given.
Please take these measures into consideration.
Your servant,
Wyatt Cain.
