I've got to admit, it's getting better
Hell Phat Things to Celebrate, on this First Day of November:
+Watching the Maltese Falcon in Film&Video. It = my new favorite movie. So basically, I am in love with Humphrey Bogart. "When you're slapped, you'll take it, and you'll like it!" Thank you, Humph. Thank you.
+Calculus is on the rebound - I semi understand what we're doing, and it looks as though I won't fail. Awesome.
+Grace is coming home AGAIN this weekend. Just can't keep that girl away. Not that I want to, of course. It will just have to be yet another Girls Gone Wild weekend. What can I say?
+Last night Halloween was bangin'. Anyone who says that you can grow out of trick-or-treating is lying to you. I raked in the candy like whoa, cause my neighborhood is da bomb. Duke Park 4 lyfe. Colby as Madeline + Dino as a pirate + Julie as a penny in someone's pocket + Natalie as a boy scout + Duke Park = fucking awesome. If only Laura were here to add her skank soda jerk costume or whatever to the mix. And on that note:
+GOING TO NYC WITH DINO TO VISIT LAURA IN 10 DAYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This means Dino & Natalie & Laura loose in the Big Apple with NO parental supervision whatsoever. And you know what that means. Oh yes. Don't even try to deny it. That means....shopping! And probably foodstuffs with at least 400+ calories in a single serving. And maybe I'll even join in some trivial pursuit. Who knows, I can get pretty crazy with a few scoops of Karmel Sutra(yes, that's a real flavor of ice cream. I know.)in me. There is no other way, especially not on a time budget of only 4 short days. That's just how we do.
+P-trickster comes home in 22 days, and doesn't leave again for one whole sweet month!!!!!! Actually, more than a month. It is going to be freakin' awesome.
