I have found an oasis in the midst of this chaos and uncertainty. Miss Murray has kindly opened her home to me, and I am, at present, as comfortable as possible.
Vertere seems to be at rest for the moment, but the corrupted angel's latest transmission does not bode well. We must wait and see what its cryptic remarks fortell.
Meanwhile, Miss Murray and I are attempting to uncover as much as we can about our new surroundings. So far, we have enlisted the aid of Miss Hellsing and Batman, but any other practical information would be most appreciated, particularly from sectors other than the North; any landmarks you can recognize from before the change, the size of the barriers and how they function, any settlements or houses which have been created or formed, how the lunatic vampires inhabitants are coping, etc.
