Too much going on to encapsulate.
Because of massive issues with his teacher and behavioral specialist, we pulled Mouse from school. He's now enrolled in a virtual academy charter school. It's occupying all of lilacstar's time to teach him. On the plus side, he's getting an excellent education. The resources are great. Even better than what the Beast is getting in the magnet program (math and science focused, accelerated).
She tested into the gifted program for next year.
Likely, the Eskimo is going to the virtual academy next year. He can't read, and his educational environment is just not working for him. We're hoping pulling him will dramatically improve his reading. It's hard to learn to read when you don't talk to the teachers and most students. Even those who have heard him only know his whisper.
Down to 2 foster boxers. One will be adopted once he's healthy enough to be fixed. That's 6+ months from now.
