More LJ/Facebook and LJ/pingback fun
So, if you link your FB and LJ, your full FB name will appear on your LJ profile (see the ETA 3). This may or may not matter to you.
ALSO.
Apparently pingbacks will quote parts of flocked posts. So y'all may want to turn pingbacks off until LJ fixes that particular bug. If they consider it a bug. Which they might not. Who knows! (Source: http://rydra-wong.livejournal.com/233172.html via first link above.)
ETA: Reading further, it sounds like the pingback breach of friendslock happens only when a post that was once public is changed to a locked post.
