July Community Day
July's Community Day will take place next weekend on Saturday 11 July all day from 12:01am till 11:59pm local time. Special Assignments will reward 3 Spellbooks, 40 Gold, potions, energy, and some ingredients.
And once again, the wonderful OrangeWizard has been so good as to put together infographics with the details and tasks:
You can expect to see:
* Special 1 km Event Portkey Portmanteaus that are *guaranteed* to contain the Knockturn Alley Sign fragments (that always elude me)
* Dark Arts Runestones have an increased chance of returning the Knockturn Alley Sign fragments
* TFTD brewing times are reduced to an hour, with Master's Notes, you can brew TFTD in 30 minutes
* Knockturn Alley Foundables have increased spawn rates, especially when using TFTD
To complete the Assignments, we have to return 75(!) specific Fragments, so presumably we'll need a bunch of those TFTD and a whole lot of energy.
How to prepare:
* Stock up on TFTD ingredients for Saturday
* Stop brewing TFTD now, conserve cauldron time for brewing other potions
* Stock up on energy for Saturday
* Unlock as many Portkeys as you can so you can stock up on event portkeys. Keep in mind the next Brilliant Event starts the following Tuesday, however, and you'll probably need to pick up at least five Portkeys again in the coming week. (Unless they offer the option of completing that task in the bonus assignments once again.)
