Oh, I'm SO glad someone recommended The Familiar! It's absolutely one of my favorites, even though it's not (technically) Animagus-fic. But frog!Harry shares so many traits that I think it counts and was going to rec it myself.

(I, as you can see, have been a bad mod and not kept up with my own commitment to keeping the lists complete!)

Your links for Pink and Teacher's Pet didn't work for me but I found both at fictionalley. I used a different link for Severus and the Crup because I found it off LJ in one file.
