When I saw that you commented, I totally thought, "Chael will know right away that the death warned for is Dean". I totally knew you would get it. You always seem to get exactly what I'm going for.
and AHAHAHA you quoted me back at me! AHAHAHAHAHA Details are so very important, they totally flesh out the story and make it complete and I really tried to do that here. I'm glad you thought it worked. GAH. I'm so glad.
I really wanted that angst with a hopeful ending. They're not perfect, they're not ever going to be perfect. But there's a thread of hope that they'll still work out, regardless. Life's not a fairy tale and it's not a picture book romance novel sort of love affair. It's messy and people have hang-ups and you have to make it work in spite of yourself sometimes and that's what I wanted to show.
I'm just so glad that you enjoyed this. I was a bit disappointed by the response to this but both ceria and your comments made me happy :D.

Totally knew it was you. It has you written all over it, pardon the pun.
and AHAHAHA you quoted me back at me! - bwuhahaha!! I thought that would bring a smile to your face. But the quote is so very true and that's why I ♥ your fic so
There are a few things that give you away - obviously that there's Dean/Seamus involved narrows it down - and the Parvati/Colin thing *grin* - taking Seamus to Ireland - but really it's the way you write, construct sentences, these beautiful/lyrical scenes and the heart you put into a story that shines through.
It really is a beautiful story. It's also criminal that it has not been read by more people - in fact looking through the comments to alot of the fics/art - for the 20 or so people that participated - it seems that people have an aversion to commenting or even looking at art/reading fic in a fest in which they participated.
Congrats on a brilliant story. I loved it.
