How to go from:


 >>

X no selective coloring
X Done using Photoshop 7
X very simple!

1- you start with your base:



2- you can skip this step if your image is bright enought, if not, Duplicate your base, set to screen 70% (change to more or less)

3- Duplicate your base again, drag to top, set to Soft Light 100%


 >>

4- New Layer, fill with #01152A set to Difference 100%


 >>

5- New Layer, fill with #DAEBFB set to Color Burn 100%


 >>

6- New Layer, fill with white, set to hue 60%


 >>

7- last step, duplicate your base, drag to top, set to soft light 100%



and you're done ^_^ i hope it wasn't so hard.
