In less than a week, Victor had the money to take the bus to Diagon Alley again. Like the library, Victor was drawn to the place like a moth to the flame. Only, this was even better than the library.

It was his third time here, and sadly his last before the school year would begin. Busses are expensive, and it was only a matter of days till he would be off to Hogwarts. He just had to come back though. There was one more thing he needed to see before he was satisfied, and his curiosity couldn’t wait.

Knockturn Alley had eluded him the last two times he visited, and he was determined to see what it was all about. The professor had said it was a shady place where only dark wizards ventured, and that sounded wonderful to Victor. Unfortunately, he couldn’t find the darn place.

After an hour of wondering, surely passing the entrance hundreds of times without seeing it, he decided to chance asking somebody. He only had so much time before he’d have to start walking to the bus stop again.

He stopped near the bookshop when a rather attractive woman walked out.

He put on his best ‘lost boy’ look with a charming little smile and approached her.

“Excuse me miss, but I’m supposed to meet a friend of mine somewhere and I can’t find it. Could you tell me where the entrance to Knockturn Alley is?”
