Missing Pieces...
With three exchanges under the belt of hprare_exchange in about a year's time, I feel it's time to really get some feedback from all of you.
Our first exchange was much larger than the other two. Sign-ups were open for about six weeks. People had from the end of September until the end of November to write, and posting went all through December.
The second exchange happened in the spring, and it was much smaller, about 20-ish people, and the sign-ups were only open for about two weeks.
Our most recent exchange had sign-ups in August for two weeks, writing in September, posting in October. We had exactly 20 people sign up.
In the first and third exchanges, I've had about a half dozen people disappear. I think I only had two people disappear for the spring exchange.
With all of that in mind, I present you with the poll...
Poll Exchanges
Please spread this poll around like wildfire. I'd like to have a large, healthy amount of feedback so as to plan everything better.
Also, are any of you interested in a remix exchange, rare pairing awards, or a character-centric exchange? For characters, I'm thinking an exchange which would require either Sirius or Regulus as one half of the pairing. Please comment in response to this, or with ANY other feedback you have.
