I would also like to clarify how top nominations will go forward for which there are 5 slots in each category. Top nominations will be determined by who (author/artist) or what (fic/art) gets nominated most often on the submission page. If, however, there are only single nominations in a particular category, or if a tie-break is needed, you will be asked to vote during the week of February 12 to determine top nominations.
The moderators would like thank you all for participating and for bringing matters of concern to our attention, especially as this is our first ever awards event. We want this to be a fun and rewarding experience for all involved, including ourselves, for this and future events. Thanks to hansbekhart for bringing this matter to our attention.
