Here's my 4th tutorial for PS7.

We'll start with this base of Harry.




Sharpen it once and blur his skin with the Tear Drop Tool.Then click Color Balance(Ctrl+B)and:

Midtones

Cyan/Red:-25
Magenta/Green:-6
Yellow/Blue:-2




Duplicate the base twice.Set the first one to Screen at %50 opacity.Desaturate the second copy and set to Soft Light at %50 opacity.




Then add this:
and set to Screen at %30 opacity.




Create a layer.Fill it with #75cae2 and set it to Color Burn at %80 opacity.




Create another layer.Fill it with #cd5c2d and set it to Soft Light at %60 opacity.




Create another layer.Fill it with #7a0303 and set it to Lighten at %35 opacity.




Then add this:
and set it to Multipy at %29 opacity.




Then add text.I wrote'Dear Harry,You suck.Love,Voldemort.' with Times Now Roman,7,5 pt(except the 'you suck' one.It's 12 pt.)

AND VOILA!
