Crop your image.I got this:




Sharpen the base once.Use
and set it to 'colour burn'.Then use
and set it to 'multipy'.Set the opacity to %60 for both.Then go to Curves(Ctrl+M) and set the Input to 138 and set the output to 211.

Then add
to top.Set it to 'colour burn' in %45.




Then add
and set to 'Soft Light' in %100.




Finally,I added text.I wrote 'Lucy' with Forte.

AND VOILA!YOU'RE DONE!
