The more fics I read that mention the hermione/harry/ron relationship the more I get pissed off. I don't mean fics in which all three are involved but even when all three are friends. In 9/10 fics Hermione knows all these things about Harry before Ron does. Why? Why does everyone assume that Ron can't handle it, and what right does Hermione have to know before Ron, if Harry tells one friend he should tell the other, that's what best friends do. In the books Ron is so much closer to Harry than Hermione that I don't see why (except for fandoms love of doing anything anti-canon) they make Harry not tell Ron anything. Give poor Ron a chance to know the truth! Excuse this rant, I'm having a wierd day and it's nasty outside which always makes me want to whine and bitch, and I think I may have read just one to many ron!bashing fics. Plus I have more class today and I have to talk to my career counselor and I have to go pay money to people.
Somebody cheer me up and link me a happy story! One where everybody gets along and nobody fights and there is copious amounts of hawt H/D sex that Ron is alright with. So otherwords hawt fluff loving!
