"Harry!" Ginny shouts, her voice much louder than necessary since he is sitting right next to her. Harry doesn't mind, even though his ears are ringing. "I've always, always, ALWAYS wanted to do this. How did you know?"
The lights of London are tiny colored specks far beneath them, and the clouds drift by like fish swimming in a sea. The carpet edges flutter in the breeze beneath them, and it's like they're in a different world.
Like it's something out of someone else's life, Harry thinks. Except that this is his. Theirs.
Harry just smiles. "I know," he says.
