Found Harry owls votes in at Lucius malfoy’s trial

I read this one recently but can’t find it again… 😔
It’s set after the end of order of the Phoenix and Harry somehow discovers that Lucius malfoy is his father.
He somehow receives the black family signet ring as he is now the black lord (after Sirius dies).
For about half the summer Lucius is on house arrest waiting for the ministry to schedule his trial for the events at the ministry. There was another member of the Wizengamot with heaps of votes that went away on holiday with his family and were uncontactable. The ministry were waiting on this to happen before scheduling the trial as this person had enough power to get a lot of death eaters off free after the last war.
Lucius goes to the trial knowing he is going to go to Azkaban because they know they don’t have enough votes with this other lord away.
Harry decides to send in votes for lord black via owl to vote for him being innocent, which arrive at the last minute. There is debate about whether they are valid but they get used bringing it over the line and allowing Lucius to be found innocent. I think they were accepted due to the black seal being on the parchment from the signet ring. Nobody knows who lord black is and so there are subsequently a lot of people trying to find out who it is… ministry, dumbldore’s people and the death eaters as well.
Eventually the malfoy family find out somehow…
