I'm looking for a fem!harry fic! I don't remember her name (maybe Sophie but I'm not sure). I remember she had a twin brother Harry raised by Remus. I'm pretty sure fem!Harry was sorted into Ravenclaw and Harry in Hufflepuff. Harry and fem!Harry develop a connection between them that allows them to read the other's mind. There are fics for each year (1-6, seven hadn't come out yet when I had read this). I'm sorry if the tags aren't good. If anyone could help me I'd be really grateful.
