Harry took in a deep breath, the fierce smell of pine invading his lungs. Along with that smell came a sense of peace and tranquility. Something Harry hadn't sensed in a very long time.
The past 2 years hadn't been easy for him. What with Ginny dropping hints of a marriage proposal and Shacklebolt pushing him to take a job at the ministry. Harry had never felt so pressured. And he was a war hero for crying out loud!
At first it hadn't been all that bad. Everyone's focus had been on burying loved ones & the general war reparations. There had been little time to worry about Harry but recently that had all changed. "Well, well….if it isn't our Chosen One! Fancy seeing you up here."
Harry heard those words and his heart skipped a beat. It couldn't be! Of all the people to run into here! Why did it have to be Malfoy? He hadn't seen the poncey git since shortly after the war. At Tonks & Lupins funeral to be exact and even then, they'd barely spoken to one another. Harry braced himself for the inevitable and turned to face his one time nemesis; Draco Malfoy…..
