It's unscreened. Whenever I give feedback, I always keep the comment screened but if you have email notifications turned on, you will be able to see the comment. It's not too big of a deal, but I do that just in case someone doesn't want everyone to know about their feedback.

haha, I only get email notifications regarding comments and replies, and everything else is sent to my inbox b/c I'd get hundreds of emails a day, so I know what you mean. ;)
