Bizarre Saturday
Well. Saturday was fun, but exhausting. And expensive! I got up at 9:30 AM and went downstairs to watch a little TV and wake up the rest of the way. I didn't do that. What I DID what fall asleep again sitting up in the chair for two more hours! Yeah. Was running a little late after that, heh. Went shopping with my sis-in-law Jill. One of the places we hit was a knitting shop, because she needed needles. She bought her needles. I bought $100 worth of yarn.
Yes, you have that number right. I shouldn't be allowed to enter these stores! Jill was yelling at me as we checked out, saying that she told me not to buy anything. Well, she brought me in there, and she knows how I am. What did she expect?
It's very pretty yarn.
After that, we ran to our local orchard store, bought my mom a trolley bun, and dropped it off to her. Found out after that that we were going to our friend's birthday party that night. A little tiki, a little music, and a lot of really weird people milling about. Good thing they're all so nice. We had some time to kill, which, let's face it, is not a good thing for me. I have writer's block right now, and that's when I get into the most trouble.
So, one hour + me + a magic marker =
Yeah, I know. I could be writing. But I CAN'T! Just not happening. So I get this instead. It could have been worse, I suppose...
We went to the party, and had a great time. We also had Margaritas and Patron Cafe. HYUMMMM......
And today I answered three thousand emails and helped people get a grip on the english language. Cool site I found online.
Trying not to think about how much tomorrow is going to suck. Suck, suck, suck, suck, suck, suck, suck. Heh.
