no gift tonight but an important mod post

Sorry but there won’t be a gift tonight. I feel that at this time, making another mod post is more important. But don’t worry: a gift will be posted tomorrow (Saturday), I promise.
First of all, I’ll just thank everyone who has reviewed gifts. Every single gift has got at least one review and after looking through each review as they come in, all reviews have been acceptable (basically no trolling/negative feeling has arisen).
Now, one of you has complained that you can’t see all the gifts except the only public post. If people have been experiencing it, then I must tell you that ALL the archived gifts are in friends locked posts so to see them, you have to join the community as well as add it as a friend.
Finally, one pinch hitter has let me down and so one assignment has come in. If it interests you, please get to me quickly if any suit you and I’ll send you full details via email. I know the pressure will be ok but this giftee has handed in an assignment and so it should be fair that they should get a gift. If need be, I will write it myself but I want to be fair and give others the chance first.
