Summary: As the storm clouds of the Second World War loom over Muggle Europe, the British Wizarding political elite become aware that Hansel Grindelwald and his coterie have involved themselves with the German government. Realizing that the danger threatening them is far greater than any their world has have faced before, the Ministry of Magic makes contact with its Muggle counterpart for the first time and wizards and Muggles are forced to work side by side in order to counter the Nazi menace.
Author's Notes: This is both an ambitious project and an experimental one. The closest thing I can compare it to is the first chapter of HBP; it's that sort of blend of Muggle and Wizarding politics and worlds. Eventually it will cover the entire span of World War Two. Most, if not all, of the focus will be on the European Theater. With the exception of the Marauders, the only canon characters in the story will be those who would have been alive at this point, though due to the nature of Wizarding dynasties, there will be many familiar last names. As always, feedback is love.
