HAPPY BANK HOLIDAY!

In this post there's info on:

*HOTEL ACCOMMODATION
*CONFIRMATION REQUEST FOR THOSE NOT REQUIRING ACCOMMODATION
*A PLEA FOR NUMBERS FOR TEA
*COST AND PAYMENT INFO

*Right, hotel rooms have been booked, but never fear - if you decide you need a room and haven't got one or if you need to change anything about the one you have, it doesn't look like that should be a problem.

*Those of you who have said you don't need accommodation, please confirm that you are coming (if you haven't already) in comments in this post. We need to know this for numbers of goody bags.

*To all of those who want to attend the dinner on Sat night: we'd like to get a feel for numbers, so please let us know if you're attending and if any significant others will be dining with you. I've heard from a couple of you about this already, but for those of you who are coming in with relatives/spouses or just have friends you want to drag along, please let us know. The more the merrier! Please comment like this: User name dinner= [whatever number].

*This week, I will be sending out bills for those of you who have confirmed. Fees include accommodation (if any) & conference room charges (£13.00 pp if that's okay). This will come to you in the form of an email from PayPal. If you've never used PayPal before, it's dead easy. Go to the site and register, then register a card (debit/credit) and just follow the prompts to transfer the money using that card (in £££).

If you're really not keen on using this system, I'm happy to take cheques/M.O. made out in sterling to J.Phillips. Just PM me and let me know and I'll send you my address.

All other costs - activities you want to do around London, meals, drinks (aside from the few bottles I might be encouraged to donate), etc are to be paid by yourselves at the time, if that's okay (there's only so much my credit card can handle:).

And of course, any other questions, please ask in comments or PM myself or cassie_black12.
