Just a quick post to tell you that train tickets for the meetup weekend have gone on sale last Friday and the prices can only go up, so, if you know that you will be attending and are planning to go north by train, now is the time to book your tickets

The earlier you can tell me where the venue will be, the better for me. Seeing as train tickets aren't the only prices that'll go up! :O I really need to start booking my hotel soon-ish

Any hotel in the city centre should be fine, there are also quite a few hostels along the Royal Mile.

There is a Travelodge in St Mary's Street that usually has good prices.
