Here's my 10th tutorial.

First open your base.I used this base by
karanna1.


Duplicate the base.Then go to 'Gaussian Blur' and blur it with 0.6 pixels and sharpen it once.Then set it to 'Soft Light' at %75 opacity.




Then create 2 layers.Fill the bottom layer with #AAFADE and set it to 'Color Burn'.Fill the top one with #FFC8E1 and set it to 'Color Burn' at %75 opacity.Then duplicate it and set it to 'Soft Light' at %50 opacity.




Create another layer.Fill it with #00022C and set it to 'Exclusion'(it's Subtract an GIMP).Then duplicate it twice.Set the second one to 'Difference' at %45 opacity.Then set the top one to 'Soft Light' at %25 opacity.




Then duplicate the base and drag it to top.Set it to 'Soft Light' at %40 opacity and sharpen once.Then create a layer and fill it with #FFFFFF.Set it to 'Soft Light' at % 20 opacity.

AND VOILA!!
