I'm glad you liked it - from the prompts you wrote and the prompts I gave I think it's pretty clear that everyone was expecting a Snapefic!

The trouble is, everything you wanted was either something I'd written about and had nothing more to say, or something I had no intention of writing about, ever! Luckily, Arthur came to the rescue, but I hope you weren't too disappointed!

Just popping back in to say that I really liked the school politics, and the backgrounds you invented for Brian and Hilda, and especially Arthur's family background.

I'm glad you liked it - thank you for not one but two reviews!

The background was great fun to think about - less fun to write about, due to the ever present threat of TL; DR! Glad you enjoyed it, anyway.

(and a much older Hilda Scrivener features briefly in "Furious Wielder of Storms"...)

Oh, what a charming story. I love the idea of Dumbledore playing Muggle Snakes and Ladders :)
