Alright, this is what I've decided to do.
I will use a HBP photo every other week. When I use a HBP photo that shows actual scenery or a new character/actor, I will put the challenge under a cut so that people who don't wish to see it don't have to. No-one that voted against using HBP photos were HiH members, so these challenges are still for house points!
