At 3pm EDT today, Harvey Dent was going to have a live streaming press conference, but it was abruptly cancelled with a hostage situation initiated by GPD officer Francis Notaro who held a civilian at gunpoint at a nearby deli. In a brave move, Harvey Dent willingly offered himself for the victim, saving her life and managing to end the hostage situation, recovering the frantic woman and all deli patrons, after negotiating with Notaro. No one knows what was said between Dent and Notaro, but Notaro was finally secured and taken into custody.
