Probably a dead logic board :( I'd tell you to come see me if I was working today, but I'm not in again until Friday. The G-Bar's are crazy busy, though, so make sure you make an appointment before you go in, because most store's appointments are filling up, like, a day in advance.

And yeah, I hopped online to see if I could reserve a spot at the genius bar for whenever and like.. it was all "NO! GO AWAY!" but in other words.

*sigh*

And even if you were working today, I wouldn't be able to come in as I didn't bring it with me ;.;

I'm pretty sure it's the logic board, from what you described. It'll take a few days for the repair, sadly :(

Yeah, they had me try that and a variety of other things. Which was very nice of them, tolerating me on the phone while I sounded and fell into a mindset of being irritated and dejected by my macbook.

Waaaah!! A few days!?! *sigh* I suppose I will be abusing the cinema to occupy myself over the holidays.
