Like I have mentioned before I was very divided on the film.
There were a lot of scenes that I thought were really well done and I liked:
THE QWC and the panic afterwards (although I though the burning of the entire camp was highly overdone)
*harry seeing Cho in the train
*the entrance of the two foreign schools (despite my issues with them being made single gendered)
*fake!Moody's class- it was great how it get from fun and lighthearted to stressful and Dark very fast.
*the fight between Harry&Ron & their later reconciliation (I like that added scene of Ron trying to talk to Harry by asking Hermione to be the middle-man; It showed that despite Ron being mad at Harry he still was willing to make some effort to talk to him)
*Moody tranfigurating Malfoy into a ferret and McG's scandalized reaction
*The Three tasks were spectacular
*the added scene of McGonagall giving a dance lesson- it added some genuine fun to the film
*the scene in the owl
*the yule ball
*The pensieve scene
*the graveyard scene & harry's return
so in general, the movie was good, the problem was the characterization in many of the scenes:
*Ron was made like an bumbling idiot half the time
*ANGRY DUMBLEDORE, what was the director thinking?
*Cedric came out really awkard in the scene where Harry talks to him about the Dragons as well as when he tells harry about the egg clue
*the scene with myrtle was all around deeply uncomfortable
*Harry being uncharacteristically snappy at poor Neville
*Cedric's funeral was a joke. Gambon looked absolutely bored and the only strength was in the silent acting of everyone else.
