Harry and Ginny at home

Ginny had fallen asleep on the sofa promptly after she'd had dinner and turned on the telly. She had wanted to be awake when Harry got home, but being exhausted from a long day, she'd fallen asleep.

"Sort of," he said. "Percy caught up with me eventually - couldn't avoid him all day."

Ginny groaned, crawling into the bed. "He's been doing that quite a bit lately, hasn't he?"

"I wish I could figure out his agenda," Harry frowned as he pulled off his shirt and dumped it in the washing basket. "I mean, he's far from stupid. There's got to be a reason behind everything he's doing."

"Percy just likes the sound of his own voice sometimes," she replied, curling up into her pillow.

[harry_hpr]

"You think that's it?" he asked, changing into his pyjama bottoms.

[ginny_hpr]

Ginny shrugged. "Who knows," she replied, watching him. "He's the Minister now, so he can technically do anything he wants."

[harry_hpr]

"Argh," he sighed in frustration, flopping onto the bed beside her.

[ginny_hpr]

"I'll go talk to him if you want," she replied, brushing his hair from his face. "I hate to see you frustrated."

[harry_hpr]

"Nah," he said. "He knows how I feel. I won't spare him just cos he's the minister."

[ginny_hpr]

"Fair enough," she replied, kissing his cheek.

[harry_hpr]

"I'll tell you who I did speak to, though," he said, his tone darkening. "Hermione's boss. What a slimy bastard."

[ginny_hpr]

"Oh Merlin," she said, covering her face. "What did you do? I told her I'd send him a hexed object from my department, but I haven't actually done it."

[harry_hpr]

"I just talked to him," he said, innocently.

[ginny_hpr]

"You did not, you big liar," she said, slapping him playfully, her mouth gaping in surprise.
