The ball begins
Millicent twirled the fake tail of her cat costume around in a circle, waiting for Percy Weasley to step out of his private bathroom. She'd allowed him to pick his own costume, but made sure he would spend the entire evening occupied with various other Ministry personnel.
Tonight was the perfect night for the plan to take place.
"Shall we, Minister?" she asked holding out her hand.
Percy gave a polite nod, but she could tell he was still dazed from the last spell she'd had to put on him.
She escorted him down to the ball room to wait for the guests to arrive.
