Wizards’ world

In which house do you think you belong? Why?
I'm usually sorted into Slytherin because I have no problem doing whatever it takes to get exactly what I want; I do not find this to be a bad thing. I know what I want and how to get it; I would think that is a plus. I prefer to accomplish things on my own so that I can keep the glory to myself. I also have lofty ideas and hopes for my life, all of which I plan to achieve.

However, over at hogwarts_elite I was sorted as a Ravenclaw because I am smart and enjoy learning--my GPA is a 3.5. I enjoy taking courses that I know will challenge and expand my mind. If the class did not challenge me I would get bored really quickly. Even when I am not in school I am always trying to learn more about subjects that interest me. I'll never tire of learning new things; I actually look forward to it.

I also feel that I have a fair share of Gryffindor because I am a bold, passionate person. I can be loud and proud and very full of myself at times. I will fight for what I believe in and even for what others believe, because I think everyone should have an open mind. However, because of this I am often blunt and sometimes tactless. I have a tendency to put my foot in my mouth because I act well before I think.

In which house do you think you don’t belong at all? Why?
Sorry to say, but I think I have the least amount of Hufflepuff in me. I am not a hard worker. I tend to hold off doing things I have no interest in until the last minute. I am selectively loyal, really to only those who are close to me. While I admire that Hufflepuffs have work ethic, I don't really have one.

In which class would you shine the most? Why?
One of my best subjects is history; I've always excelled at it, but I don't know if I could enjoy the class unless Binnes was really in love with the subject. I can deal with a professor just giving a lecture as long as they made it fun. I'm an auditory learner so even if the teacher was boring and I was doing something else I could still learn everything. I used to read during my highschool hostory classes and still make all A's on the tests.

I could see myself doing the best at potions. I love cooking and I am very anal about following recipes. I'd be the same way about making a potion. I'd take my time doing it make sure it was perfect.

Write a short paragraph about each of the following families [just state your thoughts on each of them]:
Malfoy: Well, Lucius/Narcissa is one of my favourite pairings... I really like them. Both Lucius and Narcissa are interesting characters that I am always happy to read about in the books. Whenever they're around the scene is better. We really don't know too much about them aside from Narcissa is obviously a loving mother and Lucius is pompus.

Black: The Blacks and the Malfoys are pretty much tied for my favourite family in the books. There are so many Blacks and each one is great. The only one I don't like is Tonks, she just bugs me. They're the creepy family that loves on a hill and the people around town tell horror stories about because no one understands them.

Potter: I like James and Lily; I think they'd be great people to hang around with. The only one of this family I don't care for is Harry, but he was just a baby when they were alive so I'd like him at that age (around book five I just want to whack him). I think James would make a great best friend, he'd be the sort of guy I'd hang out with at school.

Weasley: Of all the families I think this would be the one I'd least like to be a member of. There are just too many people living in that house and I don't care for Percy or Ginny. They're obviously a close-knit family that loves each other very much, but someone should have at least considered birth control.

Remember the pensieve incident from book five? [Chapter #28: Snape’s worst memory] What are your thoughts about it?
It was amusing. While I like Snape and all, if I were in Sirius and James's place I'd probably have done the same thing. I was a bitch back in high school and if I had magical powers Id do stuff like that to people I didn't like. I can see why both sides did what they did and I understand it all. They're teenage boys and they do silly stuff.

In these hard times with a new war ahead, where are your loyalties?
I'd be with the order. I rather like having the freedom to live and do whatever I want. The Death Eaters are slaves that have to bend and bow to Voldemort whenever he calls. If Voldemort were to win the war he'd make everyone that he didn't kill in the first round bow to him and I just couldn't. So I'd fight to make sure he wouldn't win.
