Muggle world

Name : Laura
Age: 15
Gender: female
Location: Manchester
Likes: reading, writing, dancing, comedy shows, listening to music.
Dislikes: maths, bullies, people that pretend to be somebody their not.
Hobbies: ballet, tap and ballroom dancing, reading, writing.
Strengths: I'm very kind and considerate to other people, I think I'm quite insightful and am sensitive to other's feelings.
Fears: I'm scared of rats; but I suppose a more 'adult' fear would be dying, or more specifically, becoming nothing. I find it really scary that after you're dead you're just nothing.
Weaknesses: I'm very shy a lot of the time. I'm naturally quiet anyway so often I'm not saying anything at all without even realising. I can be really stubborn and times and I'm normally really kind but I do go kind of crazy if I lose my temper.
Favorite movies [no more than three]: Labyrinth, Forrest Gump, Love Actually
Favorite books [no more than three]: Harry Potter, Noughts and Crosses, The Boy in the Striped Pyjamas
Favorite singer/band: David Bowie

Wizards’ world

In which house do you think you belong? Why? I think I belong in Hufflepuff. I think I fit more of their traits than any of the other houses.
In which house do you think you don’t belong at all? Why? Slytherin because all of the traits for them is basically the opposite of me.
In which class would you shine the most? Why? Astronomy would interest me as I find stars and the night sky quite fascinating. Care of Magical Creatures because the creatures seem really interesting. I'd find Divination interesting in a way - but I doubt that I'd believe any of it.
Write a short paragraph about each of the following families [just state your thoughts on each of them]:
Malfoy: The Malfoy family are very interesting, they clearly love and care about each other deeply. They face a really difficult time in the final book, but they stick to their beliefs, and more importantly, stick together.
Black: They're sort of a mix of lots of very different people, which is probably because they've married into lots of other families. Because of this, it's quite hard to write about the family as a whole IMO.
Potter: The majority of the Potter family is dead at the beginning of the books, but from what we know, Lily and James were very brave, loving and self-sacrificing people. Harry certainly inherits these traits as well.
Weasley: The majority of the Weasley family are very loving towards each other. The Weasley children seem to exclude and tease Percy, so I think his actions in the later novels are almost acceptable. Molly and Arthur certainly loved him though, and the children probably do love him deep down. Apart from Percy, they are very loving and loyal and help each other throughout the whole series.
Remember the pensieve incident from book five? [Chapter #28: Snape’s worst memory] What are your thoughts about it?
James and Sirius were really cruel to Snape, and their behaviour was inexcusable and appalling. Snape was obviously hurt, upset and embarrassed when he called Lily a mudblood and it's pretty sad that one moment of anger totally wrecked their friendship. Not that I blame Lily though, she was the only person in that scene that did nothing wrong.
In these hard times with a new war ahead, where are your loyalties? With the people that I think have the right beliefs and morals, regardless of whether they are winning or losing.
