Where did you hear about this community? I honestly can’t remember. I’ve seen it on people’s lists of stamped characters for a while.
Wizards’ world
In which house do you think you belong? Why? I tend to get sorted into Ravenclaw and I’d say I agree. I’d like to think myself a fairly even mix of the houses but Ravenclaw is the only constant. I’d like to see myself as rather intelligent. I’m creative, analytical, logical and level headed. I am insanely curious and I will spend hours upon hours learning obscure things simply because they interest me.
In which house do you think you don’t belong at all? Why? None. I could see myself in all the houses I think, I know I got strong traits from them all. I suppose, if I had to chose, I’d say Gryffindor. My views tend to be more gray scale than black and white and I will always try and look at all sides of a situation before making my mind up.
In which class would you shine the most? Why? I’m thinking transfiguration would speak to me. It’s difficult, a lot of science in theory and creativity and precision in practice.
Write a short paragraph about each of the following families [just state your thoughts on each of them]:
Malfoy: Raised with specific political opinions that they prefer to follow if given the choice. They aren’t above turning their views to fit their needs however and I would argue that although money and status is of high importance to them, it’s all about family.
Black: There isn’t a whole lot of consistency here. From Sirius the rash hero to his cousins who go from mad sadist (Bellatrix) to politically convenient (Narcissa) to righteous and brave (Andromeda). I suppose the Black family is a good example of how upbringing can give you a starting ground from which you leap off in your own direction.
Potter: Although people do often tend to remember you more fondly when you’re dead, one cannot argue with the fact that they were all heroes. Righteous, brave and all willing to die for the greater good.
Weasley: All heart and flaming passion. The Weasley’s are hot tempered, warm hearted, talented and prefer to do something fulfilling with their lives than something that will earn them money and fame.
Remember the pensieve incident from book five? [Chapter #28: Snape’s worst memory] What are your thoughts about it? Firstly, you do not poke your head into someone else’s pensive Harry. Secondly, I’m not fond of bullies. Especially bullies with a good upbringing and no redeeming traumas such as James Potter. I’m not saying that justifies Snape acting like a petulant five year old bully at the age of 35, but I was terribly disappointed.
In these hard times with a new war ahead, where are your loyalties? With myself and my loved ones. Which means I would of course be on the side of Dumbledore and Harry but I don’t think I would jump into the battle unless I had to.
