Who: Um, whoever would be invited. Which is pretty much anyone who won't kill anyone else.
What: To celebrate the end of the war but more importantly, Halloween.
Where: 11-13 Grimmauld Place since Mister Potter burnt down the Haunted Shack
When: Halloween!
Anything else: Costumes are a plus. ;) One last hurrah before a couple of us shut up for NaNo and Sirius wants to try out this great new pumpkin pie...though if you showed up dress as Voldemort you're likely to get Ak'd at the door. Fair warning.
ETA: 2 Alive. Awake is relative. Man, I love you guys.
Sirius had everything set up.
The downstairs between 11, 12, and 13, when you arranged the furntiture properly was actually quite roomy. And when the room was done up with proper Halloween decor, which included little bats flapping around the chandeliers, and candles, with pumpkins and the traditional Halloween goodness all over the damn place, all color coordinated, most would wonder when Sirius simply had the time to manage it all.
But he'd taken a few hints out of Martha's holiday cookbook and gathering planning guide, so there was a lovely checklist pinned to the wall in the bedroom and he had checked it all off.
There were Halloween sweets and normal, good food as well for those who didn't want to get a sugar rush. There was punch and then punch, charmed to smoke and boil in the bowls. A pink feather boa was draped over a coathook where he'd be able to find it later, and then he surveyed Grimmauld with a grin. Everyone else had been banished upstairs until he was done.
Now for his costume. He'd seen the image on one of those muggle internet sites (thank you Google, you rank up there with Martha) and it was a quick charm to change his clothes, put on the makeup, and the hood.
He was so set. But, before he called everyone down, he called for his pups -- all six of them, and dressed them in their costumes as well. They were numbered on the back.
He hollered for people that it was safe to come out (as if coming to a Halloween bash hosted by Sirius Black, Spawn of Martha was considered 'safe') and then went to go find the candy.
