This is a link to the Mom-Writer's LIterary Magazine.  I saw it at a writer's conference two years ago, and actually forgot about it, and I just got a new issue in my inbox.  I don't think it does much with fan fiction, but it is always useful to read other mom's writing and see how they balance their family and writing lives.
